📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

We make each item after you order it. It usually takes 2–7 business days to fulfill your order and 3–5 business days for shipping (within the US). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

🧾 Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to cancel your order as every product is made to order, and sometimes they begin within minutes of receiving an order.

🎨 What if the item is defective or wrong?

We take pride in our quality, but if you receive something damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund right away.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes. Each item is made to order. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering. However, we will gladly replace items that arrive defective or damaged.

🧺 How should I wash my products?

To keep your prints looking fresh:

• Wash inside-out with cold water
• Tumble dry on low or air dry
• Do not bleach or iron on the print

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship only within the United States. Stay tuned — we’ll be expanding soon!

🧾 Will I be charged tax?

Sales tax is applied automatically at checkout based on your shipping location, as required by law.
