Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to our made-to-order model, we can only offer returns or refunds in limited situations.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Wrong item sent

Please contact us at kalirae.kalirae@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

💵 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your Store Credit. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size (please refer to the sizing guide before ordering)
• Personalized/custom items unless defective
